Terrence Tower

This medical building in Rochester functioned mainly as a psychiatric hospital, however its sixteen floor contained general medicine, imaging, and a morgue. The fifth floor was for the criminally insane. The morgue and lab are located in the basement. Urban explorers have climbed nearly to the top of the building in the past couple years, it is unclear how high they reached, however the building appears to be more structurally sound than other places on this list. The building opened in 1959 and closed a few decades later in 1995. The site sat largely untouched until six years ago when taggers discovered it as a location to practice their graffiti.
